I am trying to learn some way to calm down and not be so overwhelmingly stressed so much of the time. It seems like I am typically in a rush, and usually have 12 things I’m trying to get done. I am not sleeping so good, I’m usually short-tempered and it is hard to pay attention at school.
So I read this terrific article talking about Relaxation Techniques that had some great suggestions. The writer teaches Relaxation Techniques. She explains that when you listen to a calm voice that is telling you how to relax, the outcome is quite often far better than if you attempt to do it on your own.
The article says that 20 minutes of using Relaxation Techniques every day can totally reverse the consequences of stress. This is exactly what I need to know!
